Nio House Berlin

The Chinese electric car manufacturer Nio launched its successful entry into the German market in 2022, starting in Berlin. Here, Nio opened its first Nio House in Germany and created a modern work world on around 1,600 m² in the UpperWest on Breitscheidplatz with severals exhibition areas, cafe, meeting rooms a playground and much more. In collaboration with the Danish architects from Schmidt Hammer Lassen and on behalf of Umdasch Store Makers, this ambitious project was realised within a year. The use of new materials, which were developed in co-operation with Immi Beton, was particularly innovative. The experience gained helped to complete the Nio House in Frankfurt even faster.
