David Lloyd Meridian Spa & Fitness – Hamburg

The redesign of around 14,000 m² of fitness space was realised on behalf of David Lloyd Leisure. The remodelling was completed in just 6 months and took place during the ongoing operation of 5 Meridian Spa locations, which were transformed into David Lloyd Meridian Spa and Fitness in Hamburg. As part of a team of four project managers and four site managers, I was responsible for planning coordination with the interior designers and customer communication. This close collaboration ensured the smooth running and successful realisation of the project.
